We are sure that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from soleconnections.com. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or in the unlikely event that the product is defective, you may return the shoes to us for exchange or refund.  

Shoes returned within 30 days in saleable condition are accepted for refund or exchange. Shoes must be in the original shoebox and in the original shipping box (or similar container) to protect it from damage. Please include the packing slip that was shipped with your order. You can choose to exchange the item, or receive full credit, in the original method of payment. We suggest that you purchase insurance for the return, as we are not responsible for return shipments. Original ship costs are not refunded. For shoes that were shipped via 'free shipping' we will deduct $7 for the first shoe and $4 for each additional shoe from the refund, to cover the ship cost. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns of sale/clearance items.
